The Abbey’s Organist, Charles Maxtone-Smith plays a recital of seasonal music. Much of the programme is inspired by the French tradition of noëls (religious, folk-like songs) by Louis-Claude Daquin, Alexandre Guilmant and Gaston Litaize’s Variations sur un Noël Angevin.
