Sebastian Wolff OSB is a Benedicinte monk of St Mary's Abbey, Buckfast, in the English county of Devon. An accomplished organist and composer, his early life was set against the turbulence of wartime Europe, the migrant experience, and the charm and challenge of rural Ireland. His work, as organist, composer and pastor, develops at a time of change as the 1950s gave way to the 1960s and a major event in the Roman Catholic church, the Second Vatican Council.

Dr. Simon Uttley is an edicationalist and academic in the field of Catholic education. He holds posts at the University of Notre Dame (USA) and St Mary's University, Twickenham, London.

Dr. A. H. Claire is a composer, arranger and writer based in the North West of England. His arrangements have been recorded on Priory Records and his published articles include works on William Mathias, Caleb, Jarvis and Lefebure–Wely.
