The Alvington Singers presents a varied concert of sacred choral music featuring Lotti’s Crucifixus, a classic Baroque composition which is one of Classic FM’s most requested anthems. The programme is divided into three sections: Renaissance/Baroque; the Romantic Period; and 20th/21st Century. Each section will begin with a setting of Ave Verum: by William Byrd, Edward Elgar, and Philip Stopford.
