Please fill in your details in the form below relating to which stall you would like to book. Please note, payment is due on application to apply for your pitch, payment does not guarantee you a pitch, you will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your application (you will be refunded if we are unable to confirm your application). Any applications received without payment will not be considered.
Outdoor gazebo pitches are 3x3m. Tables are provided in Schiller Hall for your pitch, the table is approximately 1.6m long. Let us know in the comments below if you require electricity (indoors only). If you require more space indoors, please book two spaces and you will be provided with two tables if required. We are unable to accommodate extra space for you to bring your own extra tables and request that you do not move around your stalls on set up once you have been allocated. We try our very best to meet specific requests for space allocations.
Discounted rates are available for applications made before the 31st March 2025 at £145 for your own gazebo and £185 for a stall pitch inside. Standard rates will then be £165 for your own gazebo and £205 for a stall pitch inside.
If you are applying for a charity pitch, please contact us at events@buckfast.org.uk before booking. We have a limited number of charity pitches available.
We encourage exhibitors to attend Buckfast Abbey events that are selling handmade crafts, gifts and unique items. We will not accept exhibitors selling non-craft items including bought in goods. Prohibited items that are not allowed include vapes, knives and anything we deem not in keeping with the Abbey ethos. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any items at any point prior to or during the event.
