Terms and Conditions when ordering concert tickets and/or pre-concert meals

Doors open at 7pm unless stated otherwise.
Seating is unreserved unless you are a pre-booked diner.
You should make sure you are seated by 7.20pm
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that if you booked a pre-concert meal - these bookings are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours notice of the event. This is due to food already being purchased by this time.

1. Once purchased, tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, refunded or returned unless the event is cancelled or moved to another date.
2. No duplicate tickets will be issued to replace lost or stolen tickets.
3. If you arrive late, you will be asked to wait outside until there is a suitable opportunity for you to be seated without disruption to the concert.
4. No physical tickets are sent out for online bookings. Print this receipt and present it when you attend or present it on your smartphone/tablet.
5. You may not re-sell this ticket to a third party for profit.
6. Please call us if you have any dietary requirements.
7. Valid refund requests will be back in your account within 7-10 working days.
