Warm and welcoming hospitality is at the heart of what we offer, and we are dedicated to delivering excellence in our hospitality to visitors. Our fantastic teams provide customers with the highest quality service and value.We have several fabulous hospitality venues – Grange restaurant, San Benedetto’s pizzeria, Northgate House hotel and a busy conference centre. This postholder will work, primarily, in the hotel and Grange, providing ad-hoc assistance in our other venues.We are passionate about exceeding our visitors’ experience and are looking for a ‘Seasonal Superstar’, to help in our busiest period and enjoy our wonderful working environment in the summer sunshine!

If you have :

  • Have a highly flexible approach to work, with the ability, willingness and experience (previous experience is essential) of turning your hand to all aspects of hospitality – serving beverages, waiting tables, simple food preparation, cleaning, kitchen porter duties and housekeeping
  • Have the flexibility the role requires (combination of weekdays and weekends, early, day and late shifts)
  • Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and permanent smile!
  • Love variety and an element of unpredictability to your working day
  • Are a true team player who is punctual and reliable, quick to learn, and can be relied upon to follow instructions, schedules and processes with minimal supervision
  • Can integrate, seamlessly, into multiple teams
  • Are comfortable and confident with front of house (public facing) duties and have high standards of personal presentation
  • Are highly self-motivated, with the ability to see what needs to be done and take ownership for completing the task
  • Can work quickly and efficiently, without compromise to standards
  • Have the energy and stamina to be kept moving and busy all shift
  • Have health, safety and environmental awareness and focus
  • Have a Basic Food Hygiene certificate (desirable, but can complete in post)
