Please fill in your details in the form below relating to which pitch you would like to book. Please note, payment is due on application for your pitch, payment does not guarantee you a pitch, you will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your application (you will be refunded if we are unable to confirm your application). Any applications received without payment will not be considered.
Outdoor gazebo pitches are 3x3m however, if you are selling hot food from something other than a gazebo please ensure you choose the correct option to ensure sufficient space.
We will have a food court area selling take away food for on-site consumption, these will be located in one area together with seating for visitors – power is available for these pitches only. On application for these pitches, please select the maximum electricity supply that you will need. You must select the correct stand type, failure to do so may result in a pitch being unavailable.
This event is specially for food and drink vendors. If you are a craft stall, please apply separately only for our Summer Fair in August or Christmas Market in November. If you supply products relating to food, drinks and kitchen supplies, please contact us before applying at events@buckfast.org.uk.
We reserve the right to refuse the sale of any items at any point prior to or during the event, this may include anything we deem not in keeping with the Abbey ethos.
You will be required to provide a copy of your public liability insurance, risk assessment and PAT testing documents. Please note that all rubbish should be taken home with you from the event.
