Warm and welcoming hospitality is at the heart of what we offer, and we are dedicated to delivering excellence to our visitors.Working across our onsite accommodation offerings – a 33 bed hotel, 50 bed dormitory style guest house and several large holiday home lettings – this postholder will work as a part of a busy team, preparing accommodation to tight turnarounds whilst maintaining the high standards we are known and commended for.We are passionate about not just meeting but exceeding our visitors’ experience and are looking for our next Hospitality Heroes!
If you have:
Previous housekeeping experience to high standards and with high levels of guest interaction
A professional, discreet and confidential approach and personal values that align to our company values
High standards of personal presentation and cleanliness, and commitment to the team including punctuality and reliability
The ability to follow instructions, schedules and processes, use appropriate initiative and communicate effectively
The ability to work independently, managing time and multi-tasking
Suitable physical ability and stamina, specifically in relation to deep cleaning duties and preparation of guest accommodation to tight deadlines and turnaround times without compromising standards
Health and Safety (including COSHH), fire, security, food hygiene and safeguarding awareness with willingness to undertake any training required
