Are you a passionate and experienced chef looking to take the next step in your career? This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and dedicated kitchen team in a unique setting. You’ll have the chance to contribute to a diverse food offering, develop your skills, and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for our guests.

We are looking for a Chef de Partie to support the delivery of high-quality food across our catering operations. Based primarily within our Production Kitchen, you will help prepare our daily site-wide food offering, while also supporting our Hotel Restaurant Kitchen as required.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who takes pride in producing excellent food, enjoys working as part of a team, and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

What you’ll be doing:

As Chef de Partie you will:

• Take responsibility for the day-to-day running of your section.
• Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and stock control.
• Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
• Support menu planning, stock management and ordering.
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to achieve food quality and gross profit targets.
• Train and support Commis Chefs, delegating tasks where appropriate.
• Attend briefings for functions and special events when required.
• Keep recipe documentation organised and up to date.
• Promote menu knowledge amongst colleagues to support excellent customer service.
• Help minimise food waste and support sustainable use of resources.
• Contribute to a safe, secure and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Follow all food hygiene, allergen management, health and safety, COSHH and company procedures.

Essential requirements

• Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Experience working in a high-volume catering environment.
• Ability to take responsibility for a section and manage workload effectively. Desirable requirements
• NVQ Level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
